Our cleaning is based on the ''seven stage process''. This ensures that every garment is treated with the perfect professional care in order to give our clients the best in quality.

- DETAILING
Preparing the garment for cleaning

- STAIN REMOVAL
Using both soaking and individual stain removal techniques

- CLEANING
Dry cleaning, wet cleaning and hand cleaning procedures using extensive classification and only the purest of solvents.

- HAND FINISHING
Pressers of the highest standard individually finish your garment to our specific requirements.

- MINOR REPAIRS
Attention to loose hems, open seams,loose buttons e.t.c

- INSPECTION
Each grament is formally inspected at the individual item level and again at order completion to assure we have provided the finest in craftsmanship and attended to your preferences.

- PACKAGING
Most garments are individually protected with a poly robe. We make extensive use of tissue, custom hangers and specially designed bags and boxes to protect graments during storage.
